Just finished season 4, easily one of the best shows ever made. Had me tearing up in so many scenes 😭 The cinematography, the music, the incredible cast, the intricate details all coming together at the end, such a strong plot with one of the best villain arcs in the show, an absolute masterpiece.

@Camrentooreal cam That’s not true. It was originally meant to be an anthology series, but the current cast were so popular they keep them on for further seasons.

Just watched it. Probably one of the most epic season finale till now. It has everything. Every story line is so well handled. Each of them get a perfect closure. Now, I am just hoping we get to see the final season soon.
@Leoki I think Season 5 will be a continuation of Season 4 basically which is why there wasn't as much closure. Also, I read somewhere that the CEO of Netflix said that the pandemic caused production costs to rise and that without the pandemic Season 4 might have had an extra 1 or 2 episodes.

I intentionally didn't watch this trailer before watching volume 2 because I wanted to be surprised by everything in volume 2. I'm just now coming back to watch it since I finished volume 2 and WOW this trailer is amazing! It makes me a little emotional. Season 4 was so good. This is simply the best show ever created.
To the Duffers and the writing crew: Make Will and Jonathan the main characters of season 5. They have been sidelined for so long and deserve it because Charlie and Noah are incredible actors
@RogeWar I never said the whole season should be about them. Just a bigger focus on their characters, just like Max in season 4 or Will himself in season 2
What? No man. The whole point of stranger things is story lines. Whoever has his own storyline is basically a main character. If the whole season is gonna ne about two people everything good about stranger things will fade away. Watching storylines tie in late season is soooo interesting. So just 2 main characters will kinda suck bro :/. Maybe they can conectrate on them more and give them a more detailed and interesting story line but 2 main characters is gonna suck
I will say the only down side was killing off Eddie when I feel they should’ve killed one of the main characters but apart from that it was bloody amazing
All the main characters are safe because of plot armor unfortunately in this show. There was only one time during this season where I thought one of the main character max was going to die but no she survived.
Im not gonna say names but I believe that the 5 characters that are looking at the camera in the Stranger Things 4 vol 2 poster will die unfortunately. I love this show so much and dont know how I am going to last waiting another full year to watch season 5. And then when I do, I surely dont know what im going to do after that because season 5 is the last.

What a show, didn't expect it to be this good, a masterpiece, literally all the characters are so likeable, Dustin and Steve are my favourite. And omg the music is just so epic, max has good taste. Well done stranger things Oh and Murray is hilarious lol
@Football fan yeah maybe El will sacrifice herself to bring Hawkins back to what it was. Barb comes back, Billy comes back, Steve (and or robin) comes back, the victims of Vecna come back, etc. El dies in the process though after learning of her true past about her family and real origins.

Spoiler alert: I'm so pissed at Jason cuz he was selfish and stupid as hell. If he hadn't fought with Lucas, lucas could have saved her. Jason also broke max's headphones. He was stupid and thought Eddie summoned Vecna. I'm glad his body got split into 2 and he died.
No matter how many times I watch this, I will always gets chills all up and down my spine. Stranger Things knows exactly how to make a trailer. This is just awesome!

We live in times where people will share their ignorance of cultural icons as a badge of honour, in the same way I am proud of not being able to name a single contestant on Love Island. I'm currently advocating for gatekeeping too. Look what's happend to star wars after a mega rich corporation decided it was for everyone. I wholly encourage gatekeeping. But this isn't gatekeeping, its telling people that they're not very cool.

I found out about it through Placebo's and Meg Myers' covers. It may be a little annoying, but it's nice that a classic is getting re-discovered by a younger audience. omg even after watching season 4, this trailer still gives me the most chills i’ve ever experienced. especially with my airpods in on full volume. the soundtrack is exceptional. everything about this series is just so perfect.
The Season 4 was like Avengers Infinity war, we know that this won't be the end, it covered the background story of Vecna and was letting all the main characters fight in their own ways letting them to reunite at the end for the final showdown and BOY, just like Infinity war, it was BREATHTAKING !!
@the ugly duckling As someone who has watched the entirety of LotR over 7 separate times in my lifetime and who has watched every season of Stranger Things at least 8 times each, I will say that Stranger Things is so much better than LotR will ever be. I was a big fan of the trilogy, yes, but I rewatched it a few days ago and it's nowhere near as good as I remember it to be. Stranger Things is by far my favorite thing that has ever come of TV or movies, and that's saying A LOT

One of the best trailer I have ever seen. It is almost perfect in building anticipation towards the release date....and it remains almost perfect all this time in bringing up all the emotions we felt both in anticipating and in watching Stranger Things Season 4 volumn 2

The fact that season three was all about Vecna taking El's interdimensional mind connection power to break open into Hawkins is the biggest reveal. "all this time we were building it for you"
The best twist was when he revealed he was Henry and that he was vecna, and when they showed that "001" on vecna's hand it just gave me chills, so amazing

And she was right, although it may seem that they won and defeated vecna they actually didn't and vecna got what he wanted and shit is about to get worse

I just finished this and wow, it was AMAZING. I cried so so hard. Literally all of episode 9 was so so emotional. I love this show so much and I hope season 5 won’t take too long
Got blown away by the season 4 finale! The visuals,story line, acting,music..everything just exceeded my expectations..and speaking of music..I so want them to use any track by Def Leppard from their epic 'Hysteria' album as it came out in 1987..same year the events of Season 5 will be taking place!

I only started watching this series about a week ago and my motivation for watching it at first was because of how popular it was but in after a few episodes popularity didn’t matter to me anymore, I was just dying to know what happened next which thinking about it now was probably why I was able to finish it so fast
I started watching Stranger things 3 years ago from the beginning and finished it in 2 days. It is truly interesting and the directors knew how to make the views want more after watching an hour-long episode. They did a great job.
That scene when Will showed his painting to Mike and started to confess his true feeling by replacing HIMSELF as Eleven is so heartbreaking and the fact Will felt like a ‘mistake’ is just heart shattering. It's hard to come out in the 80's. MY GAY ASS RADAR UNDERSTOOD THAT ASSIGNMENT. OKAY NETFLIX OKAY. 😭
It really was a heartbroken moment. I love Will so much and he really has an interesting arc. Cn't say the same about Mike - i feel like he is becoming kinda useless for the show.

I love that every episode in each season has a famous rock song playing in the background or during a fight scene. I really hope they use these songs in season 5. A-Ha - Take on Me, Led Zeppelin - Immigrants, Survivor - Eye of the Tiger Def Leppard - Pour Some Sugar on Me. ACDC - Thunderstruck. Also the theme music from this series was mixed with Kate Bush's song, Running up that hill. What are they going to do in season 5? Are they going to mix a rock song with this series theme song like they did in this season? (Think about it)
I've never been so invested in a series so much in my life since GOT! I love everything about it! The roles the actors play. The actors themselves! The whole plot everything is just pure talent! And I can not wait until season 5!! Bring it on!

@NeriSofia I believe that 008 (Kali), still has to play a part in Stranger Things. Not sure though if that's in this season or in season 5. Btw, still can't believe that nobody seem to have noticed two fragments in this trailer. There's a face in the wall on the right at 01:26, I'm wondering who this is. And at 01:30, you can see that Max is again face to face with Vecna...
Yeah but this season also has some inconsistencies. For example, if Will and Mike know Eleven needs help and protection, why did they just watch most of the time when El was getting bullied? Why didn't Eleven disappear in the upside down with Vecna? Where is 008, and why does she have differend powers than the others? Where and how did 001 get the powers?
Best season by far and best show in years. This is the results of competent writers, show runners and directors. Wish I could say that about the other 90% of western entertainment today. It’s really sad that this kind of competent writing is so rare today here in US.
Just finished watching through all 4 seasons of stranger things took me 7 days. time well spent .... I completely get the hype around this show now...epic sound track , great story telling ..great casting . Loved everything about it from top to bottom .. season 4 has been an emotional journey edge of my seat right til end
My theory is Lucas sees Max in the air. Because of Jason her Walkman got broken which means Vecna gets her. You can see Vecna with his hand over Max’s face at @1:30. So then Lucas loses it and starts sorrow rage pummeling Jason
What an amazing masterpiece of a show. Actors, music, effects, story line, ALL PERFECTION. No matter how many times I watch it, I still cry every time. Vol 2 was brutal. They didn't give us time to breathe and take a moment to realise what had happened, always keeping us on the edge of our seats. Truly amazing. Nothing I would change about this at all. Every thing that happened, made sense although the death scenes were a bit much 😭 poor Eddie man.. and Max too. The sweet angels. They both had messed up lives and they had to die. Very powerful messages behind this show. I absolutely love it. SO HYPED FOR SEASON 5!!!
That shot of Steve jumping into the Upside Down on beat to the music and the lyrics "it doesn't hurt me" gives me full body chills...this might be the best show I've ever seen.
My fighters this season were, in no order of importance, Eddie, Steve, Nancy, Erica, Dustin, Lucas, Max and Robin. This season was amazing and I love how the writer put the above mentioned characters on the spotlight because we got to see some amazing talent from them❤

@Mark Hogan Maybe Jason will turn into a Steven #2. Steve also was a real asshole at the beginning but became one of the main characters and the protector and friend of the children. Maybe Jason will see and whitness what really killed his girlfriend, or maybe Eddie will safe his life (with the guitar solo) and then he'll join them? Because in every season, they get a new helper & teammate. So he could be their new teammate for season 5...
@Remi Paul yeah I know I'm just saying realistically I doubt Lucas would win the fight. It may not necessarily be easy for Jason but in the end I feel like he would win without plot helping out Lucas
@Camdyn Mitchell but they have app been nerds and have been bullied the whole show and I feel the writers would have put in Lucas winning to make the show more enjoyable. Lucas is the same height as Jason and is really not that weak.
