As her partner sleeps through the night, Taylor dances in a soft cloud of lavender smoke. This could possibly reference how songs wake her up, sometimes in the middle of the night, and she is inspired to write it down. The video then changes to Taylor watching the weather channel. This could be a commentary on how society tried to predict the outcome of her relationship, like a newscaster tries to predict the weather. Taylor then bathes in what appears to be lavender. Lastly, Taylor's uses koi as a symbol not just to reference a star sign (Pisces), koi are known to swim against the current meaning perseverance and overcoming of obstacles. In the end, Taylor tucks herself into a cloud and goes to sleep as the home she is in drifts among constellations. Concluding the visual is the idea of a relationship being "written in the stars".
