Im not crying you're crying- But on a serious note, this whole series was an actual work of art. Actions speak louder than words, as they say, and the way Alan Becker described this entire story in such a moving way while using only movement is both inspirational and beautiful. The entire relationship between King and purple had me on the verge of tears so many times. The fact that they both lost the people most important to them, making them bitter to everyone until they found eachother and saw those people in eachother is so well written and expressed. (Unlike this sentance, haha) I've loved this series from the very very first episode, and I am more than pleased, impressed, shocked, and moved by how far it's come and how it ended. (On a side note, the true motive behind both King and Purples actions was a huge plot twist and view changer. At first I thought the only thing they were after was power, before we saw Kings backstory. By the end battle I didn't know who I was rooting for, until the Void scene occured. I thought he was trying to get his son back when in reality he was just talking out his anger on everything in his path, including the cause itself. Really poetic and again, absolutely stunning how this entire series has developed to this point!)
Dude ive been watching since the very beginning. Animator vs animation has been one of my favorites for years. To see this series end in such a beautiful way is well worth the wait. I eargerly awaited every new episode and was constantly surprised with the story you've told. I got so happy when i saw 32 minutes on this one. From a long standing fan, freakin awesome work. Thank you!
That was absolutely beautiful. I love watching how the animation and storytelling has evolved over the years and episodes. This was an absolute amazing ending to this series
The series is like a emotion. It means a lot without a single word. This series takes a place in my heart and it will stay there for the rest of my life. Thank you Alan Becker for giving us such a beautiful series
I’ve been watching these for so long and anticipating every new episode just to see a new one has been updated brings me so much joy. To be able to watch how this story has grown has been so inspiring. And to think you created such a deep and beautiful and well told story with stick figures, Minecraft, and no talking is mind blowing. It’s sad to see it end but I loved it all the same and will always love it. Alan, you told this story so well and the creativity and time and effort and thought put into this just goes to show how brilliant you are. I’m in shock and awe that such an immaculate story was created just from your mind and imagination and that you just thought of this and created it all from your mind. Thank you for this journey, it has truly opened my eyes to so many new things and perspectives. Thank you, Alan Becker. ❤😊🥹
This was an amazing series, it started off as just kind of a cool little stickman animation, and ended up being a huge story! I love every second I watch this, and the amount of detail put into this. I hope more series like this are made by you, as this was a masterpiece.
I remember watching these little dudes when I was younger! I was kind of catching up on this exactly when the story started to progress and just realized when this video got recommended that this might be the end of the series. I started to re-watch EVERYTHING before the end to refresh my memory (I didn't even realized I missed like a quarter section of the series lol); from the very original one where The Chosen One was created, where they(Stick Fighters and Second Coming) all met, to them being in video games like old school arcade games, LOL, and this, Minecraft. Suddenly it started having shorts where they all do silly things and I've grown attached to them more than I expected! This series mean so much to me and I cannot thank you and your team enough for making this! I still giggle and laugh at all the gags and jokes like the same videos from 8 years ago(although not exactly at those years since I didn't have access to the internet at that time LOL)! I love all the personalities you gave the stick figures and I love all their interactions, I keep having myself to pause at some moments because I want to see their movements individually when they all do crazy stuff at once! You inspired me and most likely so many others so much to be an artist and an animator, thank you once again for this lovely series with endearing lovable characters, a heart wrenching storyline, and an amazing ending!:DD
This was hands-down one of the greatest ELvids series ever created. The animation, storytelling, characters were so unbelievably incredible, and I never even considered the possibility of stick figures having such emotional scenes with such deep backstories until this series came to be. Alan and everyone on his team, the outstanding work here is undeniably and truly fucking awesome; I can't wait until more comes out!
This series literally filled me with a bunch of nostalgia and emotional feelings. I still remember the old days when i First watches this series and Channel, But as you pals now, everything Needs to have an end. Thank you alanbecker and the team for doing this emotional and Amazing series, love ya pals.
Após anos acompanhando cada episódio, cada emoção e sentimentos diferentes ao longos dos episódios, finalmente se encerra uma história. E eu também me emocionei com a homenagem ao technoblade
I love how this became from a simple and fun cartoon to a whole emotional series full of adventure and other universes. Hoping for more series like this!
not gonna lie, this has been the best series I've ever seen, so much emotion, the best ending for everyone (I even cryed) Alan, really, thank you so much for doing this :')
@Michelle Marcial Come on, it's an amazing episode that is part of an amazing series. Come to think of it, this series started five years ago. bonnie63 is just a very long lasting fan.
I am a person who came here just to see a crazy adventure, and I left as a person who was so moved by this story that for the first time in I don't know when I cried at a movie, and not a Hollywood million -dollar production, but from a series made from the combination of two shows that have been watched millions of times. I never thought it would be such a great story, all I have to say is THANK YOU
I thought when I started watching this that it was just a silly show about stick people, but there was so much more. I literally cried it’s such a masterpiece, I never expected that it would turn out this way. Amazing skills dude.
Enfim.. Parabéns,Alan. (PARABÉNS VC ACHOU UM COMENTÁRIO BRASILEIRO 😎👍)
This episode makes me realize that King Orange isn't really a bad guy. He lost his son, who was probably the most precious thing & person in Orange's entire life. He wanted to destroy the thing he blamed on his son's death AKA Minecraft. But he got so lost in revenge that he didn't realize that this was probably not what Gold would've wanted. I cried at the scene when the king realized that Purple was perfect for him. I agree & think that they are both perfect for each other, as Purple had lost his father, Navy, and King Orange had lost his son, Gold. They both are like two missing pieces of a puzzle. I think that it's amazing that Alan Becker can make such an emotional & deep story without saying a word!
The plot really does make Marvel look like sh*t. The animation quality & the effort put in by you guys is just INSANELY GREAT! You guys can easily make any huge animation studio look like its nothing in contrast to what this video is (and of course, all other ones). This needs to be cemented in the legacy of ELvids as THE BEST ANIMATION ever made. From the storyline, animation, visual effects, sound effects & map creation, everything was out of the box. I am really glad to witness this, good job Alan & the entire team behind this. Happy Holidays!
@Hibering The system Ok how dare you. Marvel has one of the best storylines and plots. This is leveled with Marvel. You probably aren't a Marvel fan so I can understand why you would just blurt out a bunch of nonsense like that.
@Andrei Narzabal To be fair Marvel phase 4 doesn't need to be compared to this to be trash, it's bad enough by itself xD but yeah the comparison only makes it stronger
@Bruno Pagnoncelli Thanks man. I appreciate you for going out of your way to express your positive sentiments rather than get argumentative. I think the perception that it's difficult to find good people on the internet is due to the fact that people's expressions on the internet usually only portray one extreme aspect of that person's emotion or ideas. Interactions in real life are usually not stilted in some kind of focused discussion so there's more room for people to express more aspects of themselves.
God damn man how the hell does Alan manage to give characters with no faces and no voiced dialogue have more emotion that most professional actors now a days?! It’s so impressive and this is a great way to close off the best season of the series yet!
there was nothing short about this "short" series, but man did i love every second of it. the fluid animation, the compelling story, the wondefully done characters. this is the kind of thing the internet needs more of. bravo man, bravo.
i'd just like to point out that i'm sure 90% cried over this, crying for stickmans, which has never been done before. Alan, i don't have words for this but to thank you, and to give all my respects, you deserve all you have, and i'm sure you'll reach more in this life ❤
Cara eu quase chorei tive que me segurar😭😭😭,acho que depois desse episódio vou maratonar todos de tão bom que foi.essa animação e 100000000000000000000% melhor que muitos famosos animes
What a journey. Roller coaster of emotion, and I burst out in tears at the moment the guy put the crown on the pig as I expect that is a technoblade reference, intentional or not. You're a legend
You sir have outdone yourself. Without even saying a word, everything said held such gravity. it has been a real journey though I don't think we can call these half hour episodes "shorts" anymore. Its hard to believe how far this series has come, from simple 2D animations on a generic windows background to a full blow 3D environment and a story better than anything being put out of Hollywood. This may not be the last we see of our favorite stick figures, but you nailed the ending perfectly, something that has always been hard to do.
You know, after hearing the music at 23:08, combined with the events happening on screen until the climax is over. Alan Becker should definitely play Outer Wilds.
To see where it all came from, and now how it unfolded into such a deep ending, it's just amazing. Thank you for everything Alan (and all the ppl behind this AMAZING series)! Lots of love from Brasil!!🎉💚💛
There is a few words that I want to say about this episode: Friendship, Relationship, Love, Forgiveness, Acceptance, Dramatic, Betrayal, Sacrifice, Anger, Loneliness, Heartbreaking, Emotional, Bravery and Grief. So, thank you, Alan Becker for making this masterpiece come alive. I have been following up with this story ever since I discovered "Animator VS. Animation 4" and "Animation vs. Minecraft" in 2014. It was the worth journey! Once again, thank you!
I'm gonna miss this series so much.. almost 7 years since it all started when Orange stick figure picked up the Minecraft block, and so many brainstorming ideas came around. Not even Mojang can think of it! Thank you, Alan Becker. Edit: Jesus guys, I get that it may not be ending for good, but you never know when all good things come to an end eventually. Not all things last forever you know. Edit 2: Goddamn so many likes.. dunno if I'll bypass this current one anytime soon.. and can y'all calm down now?
Edit 1 is true, Meta Runner was a series I really liked and it came to its end in Season 3, so just like he said, all good things eventually come to its end
as an unemotional guy, I can confirm that this video is this most emotional video I’ve ever watched. it even made me, an unemtional guy cry a little bit
This is the best thing I've ever seen in a very long while. What I've found really amazing is that the king sees how much resembles his son that he's lost, and it's the same thing for purple because he sees him as his father. But I have a question, if all of them are alive again, is the kings son alive too?
Alan, storytelling is often a hard thing for people to do, and to perfect it is one of the greatest traits to have in my opinion. You have perfected it and have the utmost respect of over 20 million people, and are now holding a huge title of "best series ever" or "the greatest storyteller of all time" Absolutely amazing how far you have come, from just playing with small animations all the way to this. All i can say is, congratulations and thank you for this series. Oh, and, herobrine is pretty badass in this. There's also the moral, which is basically "dont be addicted to nether wart."
Alan Becker, your animation is making a big impact on my life.I started watching you a less than a year ago.But I am very sure I made guaranteed that I finished watching the Animation Vs Minecraft series before episode 30 came out.I know its kind of late to make this comment but if you do see this I would like to thank you for all your amazing animations over the years. P.S. I'm making a Minecraft build of a scene from this video at 22:35. I also made one of the end where Purple and Orange are sitting on the fence together.
I’ve loved how this series got put into so much work for just the stick men, glad to see real good ending between the climax of the battle and the backstory between the king. Bro the Herobrine entrance was top notch writing btw lol
I think I speak for everyone here, when I say that this series has been one of the best ever, and I don't think anything will ever give me such emotions with such a simplistic style, I love that you as a creator has never once turned sour, or gone for money. Or views.. you have given us your loyalty, and I and many, many others shall return the favor, thank you Alan for making this series, and thank you to everyone who has helped, or supported him through these times, every one of you are amazing, I am so glad I found this series when it first started and have been able to see it unfold.. thank you all for letting me live to see this, and live to love this.. you are all amazing beautiful people.. thank you all for your time.. please, keep supporting him.. he deserves every ounce of it.
Absolutely phenomenal as always, Alan! Your ability to tell such incredible and thought-provoking stories sheerly through your animations is a wonder to behold, it's content like yours that keeps me coming back to youtube.
Well, see you in a year Alan! This story is amazing, and im forced to watch it again because one, i forgot, 2, i love rewatching it! Cant wait for season 4!
An animation that ACTUALLY made me cry! 😭 I never cry when I watch sad scenes... but King Orange 😭 and Purple. This episode overall was beautiful! Applauds to everyone who helped make this possible. 👏🎬♥
As soon as King Orange's son got deleted, I could see where this was going-- but was still on the edge of my seat the whole time. I like how both King Orange and Purple had to accept a resolution to their problem beyond the one they thought they wanted. Real life is like that. That's how character growth happens. Hats off to Alan and his team!
@king noob I don't think it could be a girlfriend, because there was a clear opening flashback of King Orange remembering Little Gold being a child on this same playground, while King Orange was still an adult. Also, would you have a corn dog duel with your girlfriend and rub mustard on her head? I mean maybe but...
Amen to that one because Alan and his crew put heart sweat and tears into these kind of animations because we (as the viewers) know that others will enjoy their work as much as alan and his crew like making them.
Es un poco raro que sea el episodio más esperado de casi todo el canal pero no llega a las 30m de vistas, no digo que sea poco lo que tiene pero si lo comparamos con otros vídeos es muy poco.
King Orange was never a bad dude. He was just a grieving father. Grief can make some people go to terrible lengths often at times hurting those they care about. Like Orange did with Purple, the son he never even knew he had until it was almost to late. At least now though, they're both together and can maybe finally have some happiness, and hopefully if TSC and friends meet Orange and Purple again, it'll be on much friendlier terms.
This was amazing, but the thing that really did it for me was that little Technoblade Easter Egg that you put in there when Purple gave the pig is well deserved crown! But now we just have to figure out how this all relates to extended lore of animation vs animator! Maybe the Chosen One will return!
I don’t often cry when watching anything, movies, shows, whatever. But this is something else. To think I cried over a battle of stick figures, who, throughout their entire existence, have never spoken a single real word. This series is an absolute masterpiece, it takes “show don’t tell” to an entirely new level. Not only is the animation absolutely incredible, but the story is so poetic yet so simple. This is genuinely one of the best things I think I’ve ever seen on the internet. I remember watching Alan Becker’s animations for years, but this is genuinely something else. Thank you, Alan, and everyone else involved, you’ve created an absolute masterpiece. The only disappointing thing is that more people don’t know about this.
I love how the King's origin story makes the audience initially think that his schemes are an attempt to bring his son back to life, but the scene in the Void makes it clear that it was about getting revenge on the thing that he blames for his son's death. 10/10 writing.
This is masterpieces. Well, I'm the fans from 2015, i started watching animation vs animators. ..Alan Becker give me lot of fun during my life. And at last i just wanna say thank you
I still remember the night i discover this channel and watch "Animation vs Minecraft" for the first time back in 2015. I was staying up late watching hyundojo, then i stumbled across the video and i think what could be better than a stickman animation? A MINECRAFT STICKMAN ANIMATION.
This series told a better story with a greater narriative than most stuff you can find nowadays It has really managed to tell a story of "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain" in one of the best forms possible. 7 years of absolute greatness, this is one of the best conclusions we could have gotten and I absolutely love it. Thank you for all of this, Alan.
The fact this story is driven entirely by actions alone, yet brings me to such emotional lengths, just speaks so clear about how amazing this series is.
I realized the ending was also inspired by Technoblade, for the pig in the end got the crown . I enjoyed the origin of the King though it brings an in depth on that individual character.
I wanna know what kind of rig Alan has with the processing power to avoid the blue screen of death when two instances of Minecraft undergo nuclear fission on his desktop
This entire series has no dialogue. No facial expressions or detailed differences to show which characters are which, except colors and shapes. This is a beautiful story that is perfect in every way. No complaints at all. Thank you so much for all the hard work on this series Alan and the team. This is truly gorgeous
Thank you for all the episodes you’ve done for me I watch them from start to finish thank you for the last episode I love your videos so much I’m so happy you made this last one I almost shredded a tear but I done it in my mind :)
Alan I have been watching you since you started your channel so I remember the virus and evil red and all of the amazing things you've made but I never thought you would come to a level of animation where I start to cry and I don't cry even when I got my 2nd degree burn from boiling water. In the start you would have one form of animation but now you have 3 and can make me cry. I appreciate you alan Becker
Speechless, absolutely speechless. To call this an emotional rollercoaster would be an understatement. You can see the time, effort and dedication that was put into this story. Fantastic job and definitely worth the tears
They both wanted love and they both didn't realize until now. A mixture of tragedy and happiness that cannot be even expressed through words and sentences...I admire your hard-working and expression with feelings. Thank you for this wonderful video.
each time the animation is getting cooler especially the beginning when the yellow entered the Minecraft entertainment center it was clear that you didn’t score on the decor but tried so that people would understand that these are applications
The sheer level of animating that went into this is incredible. Alan and his team never cease to amaze me. The animating, the story, and the perfect sound effects make this one of the best series I've ever watched.
Can't wait to see the full season compilation Alan makes out of this one, from Blue's search for Neather Wart to now. This was just epic. I'm still on an adrenaline rush.
This truly is more than any Minecraft video on the internet. The story can make sense even to the people who don't know much Minecraft. True art by Alan and the team 👏
I remember watching the first episode of this series when i was little, i didnt even know it was a series nor did i know that what i was watching was an episode. BUT HOLY THIS WAS FUN TO WATCH!
I've been watching since Red got Minecraft, and the sad and wonderful ending was so cool. It's a bit sad that the animation I've been making for years ended like this.. I'll be looking forward to the new animation next time!
