Amy Rose thought her transformation was going to be the catalyst for a whirlwind romance with Sonic the Hedgehog. But, she let her Sonic mania get the better of her, which resulted in a Sonic vs Amy showdown. So, it doesn’t look like Sonic and Amy will ever be a thing now. In lieu of the opportunity to now call herself Mrs. Sonic Hedgehog, Amy is turning to the one person she knows will help her in her time of need: Miles Tails Prower.
After making Sonic boom, Tails is well aware that Amy needs some guidance… and a shovel. After all, what are friends for? So, off to the woods they go to try and salvage this Sonic exe situation. But, it’s here where Amy learns of the truth about this Sonic origins story. Or, truthfully, this Tails origin story. To the two-tailed fox, this has just been one big Sonic game. One big game with his best friends.

Tail's reaction to Sonic's dead body at 0:03 is so perfect. He's initially like: "Whoa, did not see that one coming."., but then he reverts back to his cool demeanor, which is a *huge* sign of his sociopathic behavior. Also Amy's reaction to Tails reveal was *chilling*. From the voice inflections to the facial expressions, and the contrast between Amy's and Tail's psychopathy. So similar and yet so different. This was perfect in every sense of the word, be proud mashed 👏👏👏👏

the reveal of it being secret history tails gives me goosebumps every time i watch it, it is probably one of the best reveal's i've ever seen, the build up to it becoming more and more clear as to who tails is is amazing, plus all the other episodes hinted to it not being the real tails, it's just a amazing series and i can't wait to see where SH tails and Amy go. seeya at the premiere

Everyone keeps forgetting how smart Crazy Tails actually is. He's still able to make machines such as great as the regular Tails, he managed to sabatoge devices expertly and can even make portals to other worlds presumably. An insane man is one thing, but one with an IQ of 300 is even worse.

The fact that just the one scene of tails skull reveals so much of how SH Tails replaced him is such an amazing continuity detail. The Dead tails has half of his face scorched off due to likely a explosive savotage based off of SH Tails' history i wouldnt put it behind him to do it. But oh did he sure put it somewhere

3:54 it’s a little hard to believe he is completely dead, I mean in sonic boom he created a cloning machine so he could’ve pretty much found a way to fake his death just by killing a pretty much brainless clone and then just hiding somewhere. Could make for an interesting plot twist in chapter 2.

The whole timeline of this series is so confusing to unravel. You may remember Tails was presented by Sega to Sonic directly, but in this 1st chapter there were no mentions of Sega at all. I like to think the laser beam thing at the end meant they went to another universe because of the Tails corpse Amy found. What's weird with that is the fact Knuckles was pretty much alive in this universe before Tails ended up killing this sonic (remember its not the 1st time) so that Knuckles AND Shadow were murdered in the what we'll call ''ending timeline'' (the one in which they make up the documentary and Tails is running around) tells me that it must have happened directly after this as Tails would have learned from his mistakes, and instead of aiming for Amy he would go for the others 1st. That however also makes me wonder were the hell did THIS Amy end up. Why wasn't tails just able to move to another universe? (maybe because of that sonic still being alive) and specially, why did Tails didn't replace that universe Tails but instead was introduced directly to Sonic by Sega itself??? The only possible answer to the last one is that what we got to see in the documentary was actually the base universe from which Tails comes from and to make the timeline have any sense, what we saw at the end doesn't happen in that universe but in (maybe) the one they are entering at the end of this chapter. That would explain why Amy was targeted this time instead of Knuckles, but makes me ask how did Tails replace the 2nd one so easily? Did he train himself to contain his maniatic muder thirst? How many times has this even happened then? Still what could have happened with Amy after all of that? Man Im so confused.

History Tails traveled to another universe which is the one we know in the games. If you remember back in Part 1, there was an explosion in Tails’ workshop. Later, Amy finds Tails’ corpse. Which means that History Tails killed the original by burning him to death. Knuckles wasn’t dead in that universe because he was murdered in the History universe, so was Shadow.

People call Amy dumb, but she's a victim. This is manipulation at its finest. After all, at the start, Tails is already somebody Sonic and Amy trust. They have no idea it's Crazy Tails. They have years of friendship and trust in the bag. And he asks Amy to do something pretty reasonable. Something that even you and me think might work. Sonic loves to run. Just... ignore Sonic. It's only a tiny step up from 'go easy', after all. It doesn't work, and it's possible that Amy might have gone to somebody else, but Tails is still a perfectly good option. Negging, eh? A little worrying. Not Amy's style. But Tails makes sure he's right there when she does it. You know, her friend, giving moral support. Just like he's... giving moral support to Sonic while he negs... Now for step 3. Amy's self-esteem is nicely crushed, she's doing things that she normally wouldn't do...and she comes to Tails... and he makes a suggestion that she would NEVER do at the start. But now... He doesn't call her 'beautiful', oh no... he calls her 'different'... And different is good. And it's still a risk, but now she's been subjected to agonising reconstructive surgery and she is, indeed, a different person. She isn't Amy any more. Not even to us. As for Sonic... Well, now we find out Tails has also had Sonic doing things he'd never do. Ignoring Amy, being deliberately mean to her... Perhaps, when he was feeling a bit more normal, he'd have tempered his shock and disgust, and rather than dashing off, talked to Amy and identified Tails as the one who suggested it. After all, it's not Amy's looks he cares about. It's her sweet, loving personality. But he's been changed too, not acting like himself... and he dismisses Amy when she's desperately vulnerable... and then... oh dear, I haven't slept a wink all night...

I really like to redo Tail’s lines with my own voice. Something about doing impressions of people with a raging insanity is so much fun. The way you can use it to make sure no one can tell what tone of voice you’re gonna go at the time in every sentence. It always grips the attention of the listener.

I HC that this was Tail’s plan all along. At 2:48 you can see blueprints for the portal. There’s the exact Crystal used to power it up, and at 3:07 you can see the crystal clear in the background. It might be for a model of what it’ll look like. Assuming what Tail’s said about Amy being gone for a few days is true (in the sense that he needed a few days to change her) he could’ve used some of that time to build the portal, as well as the amount of time Amy had spent with Sonic, or maybe even before that when they were taking his advice (excluding the scenes Tail’s was in) I’m gonna rewatch to see if the blueprints were there too

An interesting detail is that we are never revealed as to why Tails picked this particular Amy to keep alive. He even went as far as teaming up with her. I'm excited to see what versions of other characters he might spare and why, until we reach the pinacle point where we see who he deems as the real Sonic.

1:45 seems like a pretty innocent flashback with a plot twist about sonic but if you look at the part 1 and the new part, sonic's character has changed and in the part 1 video, he had a circle with added spikes like the satam one if you look closely. Now did you see this? tell me in the comments.

This series is honestly INSANE seeing as how this version of Tails is one of the more well known characters of Mashed, the reveal for psychotic Tails was so damn good and masterfully done, bringing him back was genius. Amy is just too desperate to give up on Sonic and I honestly felt massive dread when she spared Tails and probably even thought of him as her friend again. I wonder what Tails have planned for Amy now, seeing as he is batshit insane leads me to think it will be something absolutely crazy, or who knows, maybe he really wants to help, after all, what are friends for?

SH Tails, imo managed to manipulate and gaslight her because of Amy’s obsession with Sonic and her being together (and potentially experimented with her brain chemicals that made her react that way?). I love how terrifying Tails’ facade is, and it’s even implied that he travels to different universes to find the “real Sonic”. Absolutely just as excited (and afraid) as you are.
